It is an official ICAgile certification in Adaptive Organizational Design. It validates your ability to design organizational structures that respond to change and distribute power toward teams.

It is not mandatory, but having basic knowledge is recommended. The certification is suitable for HR leaders, consultants, managers, and Agile Coaches with or without previous certifications.

ICAgile issues the digital certificate to your email once you pass the certification exercise. The badge is publicly verifiable and you can add it to LinkedIn.
