An AI Academy is a multi-week program for a group in your organization: they learn to use Claude on their real processes, build solutions that stay in operation, and leave able to keep doing it without us. It is how an investment in AI licenses turns into adoption.
What makes an academy different from a course
Real work, not exercises
Every participant brings a process, a report or a decision from their day-to-day. That is what gets built with AI during the academy.
Claude as the central tool
Claude to analyze and write, Claude Code to build workflows and prototypes, the Claude API to automate inside the company’s tools (Jira, email, documents).
Adoption measured by usage
We measure which solutions are still running weeks later, not how many people attended. That number is what sustains the licensing decision.

How it unfolds
- Short diagnosis. We observe the group’s real work and choose with them the cases to build.
- Build sessions. Live sessions with a trainer; between sessions the team advances on its case with support.
- Demo and handover. Each solution is presented working, with an owner, documentation and its data rule.
- Adoption follow-up. We measure usage and results over the following weeks and fix what is not entering the system.
Duration and size are defined with the organization. Academies combine with AI implementation consulting when the solution requires deep integration.
